Northern Indianapolis Slab Leak Repairs
Helping You Prevent Structural Damage with Fast, Effective Repairs
Leaks in your plumbing system allow water to flow through unprotected areas of your home, damaging walls, ceilings, floors, and property. There are many types of leaks, all of them devastating in their own way, but a slab leak is one of the most dangerous types.
Slab leaks occur when water escapes from the pipes within your home’s walls or under its foundation. These leaks can cause serious damage to the structure and foundation of your home, not to mention the property inside.
With over a century of experience on our side, the expert plumbers at L.E. Isley & Sons have what it takes to resolve even the biggest slab leaks safely and effectively. Our team will do everything we can to minimize damages and preserve your home’s structural integrity.
Do You Have Hidden Leaks in Your Home?
Considering how damaging slab leaks can be, it’s important to know and recognize the signs that the water in your home isn’t staying in the pipes.
Symptoms of a Slab Leak Include:
- Low water pressure
- The sound of running water, even when the taps are turned off
- Warm spots on your floor
- Domed areas in your flooring
- Damp carpeting
- Mold and mildew
- Unusually high water bills
- Water puddles along your home’s exterior
If you notice any of these warning signs, contact us immediately. Because slab leaks begin in areas of your home that aren’t visible, they can cause a lot of damage before you notice their presence. Getting them professionally repaired as soon as possible is vital to preventing further damages to your home and property!
Safe, Effective, and Non-Invasive Repairs
Some plumbers will tell you that the only way to repair a slab leak is through excavation or digging up a huge hole to get into the pipeline where the slab leak is located. However, modern plumbing technology has given us a better option.
We’re proud to offer our Westfield and Northern Indianapolis customers a minimally invasive option for slab leak repairs through a process known as pipe lining. A trenchless method of pipe repair, pipe lining uses a chemical compound to coat the inside walls of the damaged pipe to repair the slab leak. This method requires only two small holes for each end of the pipeline, so there’s no need to disturb your landscape or yard.
