Guaranteed, Upfront Pricing
Because we don’t want to betray your trust, we’ll never try
to pull the wool over your eyes by surprising you with hidden fees and
extra charges. When you schedule a service call with us, we’ll send
one of our highly qualified technicians to your home for a small service
call fee and once they arrive, they can diagnose the problem and tell
you exactly how much it would be in order to fix it. From here, you can
choose to move forward with us or tell us you’re not interested,
the choice is yours.
In some circumstances, however, the diagnostics are more involved and simply
cannot be included with the service charge fee. Examples of this include
plumbing that involves seeing behind drywall and other non-accessible
locations. Some testing such as gas lines, also require significant time
and will require additional charges. When any of this situations arise,
we will explain them to you prior to beginning the diagnostic process
so that you can approve all costs beforehand.
