Flat Rate Pricing: What is it?
The two most common questions we receive from customers are:
- How long is this going to take?
- How much is this going to cost?
With time and material pricing, you never actually know the final price until the work is 100% complete. With "flat rate" pricing, we are able to offer you, our valued customer, an upfront, guaranteed price before we start the work. No surprises!!! Nothing is done without your approval.
Flat Rate Pricing: How does it work?
L.E. Isley & Sons, Inc. sends a qualified plumber to your house for a minimal service call fee. The technician takes as long as necessary to diagnose the problem and provide you with a written quote for you to approve before any work is performed. The option is then yours. You will know exactly what the job will cost.
NOTE: In some circumstances the diagnostics are more involved and simply cannot be included with the service charge fee. Examples of this include plumbing that involves seeing behind drywall and other non-accessible locations. Also some testing such as gas lines that require significant time will require additional charges. When any of this situations arise we will explain them to you prior to beginning the diagnostic process so that you can approve all costs beforehand.
